I am a customer at victoria’s secret since years I used to buy in store and placed a few orders online shipped to an us address I never had any problems with it I got all freebies or rewards with my orders and in store purchases qualifying the amount to spent I did the same 2 weeks ago I placed 2 orders both qualifying for the actual 20 giftcard with a purchase of 40 one order was 75 the other 150 so both of them matched the asked purchase from 40 and more to qualify both orders came without the giftcard what never happened before I called customer service for the one parcel they double checked and confirmed I qualified for the giftcard and they kindly sent it to me to my email account the second order came the next day nov 11 again no giftcard called customer service again again double checking and confirmation about qualifying again it should be sent to my email within 48h but I didn’t receive the email with the 20 giftcard for this order yet so I called customer service again today today I got told I didn’t qualify for the giftcard because I am not a us resident and don’t have an us bank account and I wouldn’t qualify for any reward even I would live in the us and the shipping address was inside the us the fineprint would say it’s for us customers only what I got told it means I have to purchase inside the us fyi i’m a frequent us traveller going for and back and just spent 3 month over there coming back by end of the year the amount of my purchases at victoria’s secret online or instore just for 2018 was more than 700 yet furthermore I got told I shouldn’t have received any giftcard all the years and month before because I paid with a non us visa card or bank account and probably not in store too does my money stink is it less worth than others’ wherever I went inside a store and the items I would like to purchase aren’t in stock the associates tell me I can place an online order and have it sent to my actual residence hotel apartment or house and I will get the giftcard and qualifying freebies for what reason does a purchase not qualify just because of the bank’s nationality aslong it is purchased inside the us I paid the same amount as everyone else did I had an inside us shipping to my nc adress I am about to spend the giftcard reward when back in december and have it shipped to my us address again like I always did I never had those problems before and I was always satisfied with my purchases but this is weird and makes me upset. I have a good bot hit me up on messenger to meet her and be the first to receive the latest greatest along with selfie filters and exclusive access to witnessthetour plus she may drop some fun stuff while I m on the road

CAN NOT RETURN AND REFUND

Below is few reasons you can’t return your item and cancel your order:

  • You have chosen a wrong size , wrong color and wrong type of product .
  • Your order was placed 24 hour ago.
  • The quality in product is considered good.
  • You have changed your mind and wish to return your product.
  • The orders can’t be cancelled after 24 hours of placing them. Because we will pass the order information to the production department within 24 hours after receiving the order
  • Canceling or request to cancel while item(s) in transit.
  • We also will not refund orders without the recipient / recipients not respond to the post office
  • Please note that if you using coupon code, we don’t accept to refund in any case. Thanks for your understanding.
RETURN AND REFUND

We accept to customer return and refund in following reasons:

– Faulty Item Received:

If you receive a faulty item, just send us a picture of it toour email along with your order number. If the item deliver to you would be faulty or if withers off in the first wash, we’ll send you a free reshipment. You don’t have to send it back to us. All we’d need would be a picture of the faulty item.

– Not delivered on time

We totally understand that it’s highly frustrating not to receive the orders on time. You might have ordered it for a special occasion or you simply don’t like waiting. All of our product are custom-made-to-order and handcrafted to the highest quality standards. Please allow 6-8 days to receive a tracking number while your order is hand-crafted, packaged and shipped from our facility. Estimated shipping time is 2-4 weeks by the shipping companies to make your order reach you. Because we have several different warehouses, there are some products that are shipped differently at the same time. But, in some cases it might be delayed due to post office issues. Every post office can’t accommodate packages after a certain limit, hence the delays are caused.

We’d really appreciate if you wait for your order for a few more days. We’ll always be there to assist you let you know about it’s status. You’ll have the tracking details too to keep a check on the status.

It gets very difficult for us to cancel the order after it leaves our factory. So once it leaves our factory, it will reach you

If you’ve received the wrong size, please check the order you placed with us. We’ve seen in most of the cases that the wrong size if selected by our customers when they place the order without reading description carefully . If you ordered the right size, but still got the wrong one, we’ll be more than happy to send you a free reshipment.

– Timing for a return

All returns / exchanges of online orders, must be returned within 30 days from the day the order was shipped.
