Such a Original Vintage 20th Birthday Awesome August 1999 20 Years Old shirt disappointing experience at hwy 21 and I 12 store in covington la we rushed over after dinner for coffee and dessert it was just after 9pm and had an hour before closing the staff was much more interested in closing than waiting on customers the barista who waited on us with a less than friendly attitude couldn t figure out which pastries were which and when she finally found the last of the of the one we selected we asked that it be heated and she said unfortunately the ovens were already off when I questioned why an hour before closing she said it was slow so if business is slow you offer less service really she continued to have zero customer service as she handed us our cold pastry and went on to make our coffee and continue the conversation she was having with a coworker over her headset we had to ask for cream three times as she was way too preoccupied to wait on customers to top it all off after we left we had to turn around and go back because our americanos were so bad we could not drink them they tasted like hot coffee water obviously made wrong as I get these several times a week the young man who helped me fix them with an extra shot was very engaging and polite a slight redemption I have always felt like starbucks had great training and service don t know how this girl slipped through the program but obviously there is a management issue as well if they allow closing procedures an hour prior to closing multiple strikes in just a ten minute visit bad experience and wasted 12 hope this store gets their act together. I dm’d this on twitter friday but got no response I m not trying to draw attention to myself but rather let you know of the poor experience I had today I collect all things starbucks so I had to get my red reusable cup friday I ordered a few things and one of them being a venti blonde cappuccino what I got was less than a tall I knew it was wrong when I picked it up because it felt so light but there was such a line waiting I didn t want to disturb their morning and to be honest your team of baristas was looking incredibly flustered not the usual am team so not sure what happened if you would like the pics I took I am happy to send I am in customer experience and social media myself so I do try to minimize the complaints I issue and as stated I m a huge fan of starbucks I do want however when I pay premium to get what I ordered especially when using mobile to minimize any errors and stress on your staff sadly when I went to drink the second drink I ordered from starbucks which was a latte the same thing cup only filled a quarter of the way thanks for listening. CAN NOT RETURN AND REFUND

Below is few reasons you can’t return your item and cancel your order:

  • You have chosen a wrong size , wrong color and wrong type of product .
  • Your order was placed 24 hour ago.
  • The quality in product is considered good.
  • You have changed your mind and wish to return your product.
  • The orders can’t be cancelled after 24 hours of placing them. Because we will pass the order information to the production department within 24 hours after receiving the order
  • Canceling or request to cancel while item(s) in transit.
  • We also will not refund orders without the recipient / recipients not respond to the post office
  • Please note that if you using coupon code, we don’t accept to refund in any case. Thanks for your understanding.
RETURN AND REFUND

We accept to customer return and refund in following reasons:

– Faulty Item Received:

If you receive a faulty item, just send us a picture of it toour email along with your order number. If the item deliver to you would be faulty or if withers off in the first wash, we’ll send you a free reshipment. You don’t have to send it back to us. All we’d need would be a picture of the faulty item.

– Not delivered on time

We totally understand that it’s highly frustrating not to receive the orders on time. You might have ordered it for a special occasion or you simply don’t like waiting. All of our product are custom-made-to-order and handcrafted to the highest quality standards. Please allow 6-8 days to receive a tracking number while your order is hand-crafted, packaged and shipped from our facility. Estimated shipping time is 2-4 weeks by the shipping companies to make your order reach you. Because we have several different warehouses, there are some products that are shipped differently at the same time. But, in some cases it might be delayed due to post office issues. Every post office can’t accommodate packages after a certain limit, hence the delays are caused.

We’d really appreciate if you wait for your order for a few more days. We’ll always be there to assist you let you know about it’s status. You’ll have the tracking details too to keep a check on the status.

It gets very difficult for us to cancel the order after it leaves our factory. So once it leaves our factory, it will reach you

– Wrong size received

If you’ve received the wrong size, please check the order you placed with us. We’ve seen in most of the cases that the wrong size if selected by our customers when they place the order without reading description carefully . In cases like those, we only offer discount code 50% to next purchase because we notify very carefully in tittle and description.

If you ordered the right size, but still got the wrong one, we’ll be more than happy to send you a free reshipment.

– Timing for a return

All returns / exchanges of online orders, must be returned within 30 days from the day the order was shipped.
