Ford does not have an email address for me to send them a comment about the poor service I have received so here it is maybe someone at ford looks at their facebook page I have a 2015 f350 I have a reoccurring problem with my def tank level it tells me I only have 500 miles until empty so I add def it is a 5 gallon tank I try to add 2 1 2 gallons but it usually only takes about 2 gallons on a recent trip to the grand canyon I received a notice that my def tank was empty and the truck would be limited to 50mph in 90 miles we were 260 miles from home I had added 2 1 2 gallons less than 1000 miles before so I was worried the tank might have a leak luckily we were able to find some def before the 50 mph limit it only took 2 gallons before overflowing I took it to the dealer they said they cannot duplicate the problem really the only way to duplicate the problem would be to duplicate the circumstances no they plug it into some computer and say it all checks out now I get to deal with the problem when the tank gets to half full again.
