On september 11th I made a Official Star Wars The Mandalorian The Child The Baby Yoda shirt huge order 400 huge and utilized place cash and point credits that I earned and saved for months waiting to purchase school clothes for my sons I received my online order on saturday the 15th and all the items I purchased for my oldest son even tho I ordered his normal sizes were too big and would most likely not fit intil next year I called our local retail store in moosic pa and asked if I would be able to exchange them for a smaller size there or would I have to send them back since they were purchased online the employee informed me I could exchange them in the store when I arrived she began ringing them up as a return I clarified with her I only wanted to exchange for a smaller size however some items were online exclusives and she told me it would have to be handled as a return halfway threw ringing them up I noticed she was only giving me credit for the sale price after the coupons it was at this time she informed me I would only get credit for the price I paid after the discounts were applied that I would have to repurchase all new items at full retail and the credits I utilized that I earned by shopping here would not be reapplied to the new order I called customer service the rep told me he would recredit me the place cash which came to a 60 left me on hold for 35 minutes in the parking lot only to come back and tell me that his supervisor refused to recredit me the coupon for the exchange so I returned to the store and asked them to give me the clothing back since I was not going to take a 60 loss and the clerk informed me that I already returned it and would again have to repurchse everything at full retial moral of the story I will never shop here again 60 means very little to large corporations but to me a middle class dual income household that fights to live paycheck to paycheck 60 is alot did it take money out of my pocket no but my son is 5 outfits short of his new school wardrobe because I refuse to pay double oo thats the other thing most every single item ive ever purchased from cp is usually on sale good sale prices like 40 60 off every single time I shop there when it comes time to use the place cash everything is jacked up to full retail and sure everybody knows stores do that but just putting it out there shame on you childrens place such poor poor business ethic and you will no longer have my business again. CAN NOT RETURN AND REFUND

Below is few reasons you can’t return your item and cancel your order:

  • You have chosen a wrong size , wrong color and wrong type of product .
  • Your order was placed 24 hour ago.
  • The quality in product is considered good.
  • You have changed your mind and wish to return your product.
  • The orders can’t be cancelled after 24 hours of placing them. Because we will pass the order information to the production department within 24 hours after receiving the order
  • Canceling or request to cancel while item(s) in transit.
  • We also will not refund orders without the recipient / recipients not respond to the post office
  • Please note that if you using coupon code, we don’t accept to refund in any case. Thanks for your understanding.
RETURN AND REFUND

We accept to customer return and refund in following reasons:

– Faulty Item Received:

If you receive a faulty item, just send us a picture of it toour email along with your order number. If the item deliver to you would be faulty or if withers off in the first wash, we’ll send you a free reshipment. You don’t have to send it back to us. All we’d need would be a picture of the faulty item.

– Not delivered on time

We totally understand that it’s highly frustrating not to receive the orders on time. You might have ordered it for a special occasion or you simply don’t like waiting. All of our product are custom-made-to-order and handcrafted to the highest quality standards. Please allow 6-8 days to receive a tracking number while your order is hand-crafted, packaged and shipped from our facility. Estimated shipping time is 2-4 weeks by the shipping companies to make your order reach you. Because we have several different warehouses, there are some products that are shipped differently at the same time. But, in some cases it might be delayed due to post office issues. Every post office can’t accommodate packages after a certain limit, hence the delays are caused.

We’d really appreciate if you wait for your order for a few more days. We’ll always be there to assist you let you know about it’s status. You’ll have the tracking details too to keep a check on the status.

It gets very difficult for us to cancel the order after it leaves our factory. So once it leaves our factory, it will reach you

– Wrong size received

If you’ve received the wrong size, please check the order you placed with us. We’ve seen in most of the cases that the wrong size if selected by our customers when they place the order without reading description carefully . In cases like those, we only offer discount code 50% to next purchase because we notify very carefully in tittle and description.

If you ordered the right size, but still got the wrong one, we’ll be more than happy to send you a free reshipment.

– Timing for a return

All returns / exchanges of online orders, must be returned within 30 days from the day the order was shipped.
