I went into this store 5111 rogers ave fort smith ar 72901 after being a Hot Eat a bag of dicks shirt loyal customer for almost 9 years I needed to exchange 2 pair of 5t jeans and get a larger size I didn’t have my receipt but tags were still attached and even stickers and hadn’t been worn or anything brand new jeans and the assistant manager wouldn’t allow me to exchange them because their store policy is you have to get the exact same item can’t even deviate from the wash or style of jeans if you have bootcut you must exchange for bootcut can’t get skinny of husky and if you have a blue berry wash you can’t get a dark color for example so I am now forced to try and sell the jeans online to try and get money to purchase my child some she can fit because I lost my receipt I am so livid at this because number one I used to work at this store and number two I loved shopping here for my children and she couldnt even make a one time exception I will be calling corporate and complaining about the return policy I see now why I have heard so many complaints about this place the manager didn’t even say oh i’m sorry about that or I wish I could accommodate you but its against our policy or anything. I’m skipping mac and will only do nars from now on anyone that knows me well or even just knows me at all knows how much I love nordstrom after my experience having my makeup done at mac at southcenter mall in tukwila I have no plans of ever going back my 40th bday party was that night and I had an appointment at mac to get my eyes cheeks and lips done I got to the counter at 3 20 was informed my schedule artist would be with me shortly at 3 55 she decides to start I showed her an image of what I wanted and explained that time was running a little short since we were starting almost 30 minutes late she got the makeup and started working on my brows she almost tripled them in size showed me a pic and I asked her to just follow my natural brow 5 minutes later they were down to double the size I asked her again to just lightly fill them in showed her a pic of my natural brows and she proceeded to keep them at double the size I figured I would fix them when I get home her 4 00 showed up late and she stopped working on me to talk to her she then enlisted another artist for her 4 00 but felt obligated to find all the necessary makeup 15 minutes of this i’m almost an hour behind schedule with nothing on my face besides huge eyebrows she finally went to work and did the exact opposite of the photo she used no iip liner no under eye make up no blush or bronzer and employed no skill whatsoever an hour and 15 minutes after we were supposed to be done and one hour before I was to be picked up for my party she revealed this disaster this was the finished product I told her it didn’t look anything like what I was hoping for and would buy makeup remover only she looked at me said not one word and walked away I told the lady at the counter how upset I was my tears were also a dead giveaway and how I didn’t feel I should be charged for the fake eyelashes haphazardly applied or the makeup remover I would need she shrugged and said you look nice help this go viral worst experience of my life. Congrats you just lost my business I will be cancelling my credit card and will never shop at your store again this is not okay you should be ashamed of yourselves I do hope you fired that manager for being a racist Pretty Hot Eat a bag of dicks shirt
